CAN YOU SPECIAL ORDER PRODUCTS NOT IN-STOCK?
We are connected with almost all notable and reputable suppliers and companies. If we don’t have it in stock we will work with you on finding out who, what, when, where, and how we can make the order for you.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR A SPECIAL ORDER TO COME IN?
The usual wait time for a special order is between 5-7 business days for bike manufacturers (BMW/KTM) and for other aftermarket suppliers 3-10 business days is standard based on warehouse location. Sometimes this wait time depending on supplier, product, build time, customs, and back orders can be longer. We offer expedited shipping on almost all products when applicable.
WHY DO I HAVE TO PREPAY FOR SPECIAL ORDERS?
All our suppliers require prepayment for all special order items. Once payment is received the order will be placed and you will be updated on ETA. Once received you will receive a phone call and/or email the moment your special order arrives.
HOW DO I KNOW IF IT FITS ON MY BIKE?
We have a dedicated parts team that eats, breathes, and sleeps this TWO wheel industry. Feel free to call, stop in, or email anytime and one of our experienced parts team members will be happy to check, test, and confirm fitment of any part before ordering.
WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?
We offer a 30 day return policy on unused, new items with original tags and packaging. Some exclusions do apply such as helmets, electrical parts, and closeout items. Because of the nature of special orders if applicable we will happily return the special order for a re-stock fee depending on the supplier.
WHAT TYPE OF DISCOUNTS ARE OFFERED?
This is another reason why you buy from Eurosport Asheville. When you purchase a motorcycle from us, no matter new or used, you will receive a special 10% off discount for the next year after purchase. This discount is available on any preferred ESA vendor and available on parts, apparel, and accessories. Throughout the year our parts team works hard to offer any special discounts from vendors as well as rally and ride specials to all customers when available.
CAN WE SHIP PARTS ORDERS?
Yes, absolutely. Once received by our dedicated parts/receiving team the product is inspected, the customer is contacted, and shipped. We ship all orders through Fed Ex or USPS. We always keep on record when applicable a tracking number. We do not have direct access to ship internationally.
